Taking one section at a time, starting from the bottom layer, choose the best heat setting for your hair. Low: Low heat, high speed 25,000RPM 140°F Medium: Medium heat, medium speed 16,400RPM 203°F High: High heat, high speed 25,000RPM 239°F Step 3.
